Terms of Service
Last updated: August 31, 2026
These terms govern your use of films.vision and any services we provide.
Services
We provide AI assisted video production, creative direction and post production. The specific scope, fees, deliverables and timeline of any engagement are set out in a separate proposal or statement of work. If that document conflicts with these terms, that document prevails.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you hold the rights to any material you supply to us, and that our use of it will not infringe the rights of a third party. You agree to provide feedback and approvals within the timeframes agreed in the proposal.
Intellectual property
Ownership of final deliverables passes to you once payment has been received in full. We retain ownership of our tools, processes, templates and any material that existed before the engagement. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we may show completed work in our portfolio.
Payment
Fees, instalments and due dates are set out in the proposal. Late payment may suspend delivery.
Revisions
The number of revision rounds included is stated in the proposal. Additional rounds are quoted separately.
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep the other party’s non public information confidential and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement.
Disclaimer and liability
The site and its content are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and the courts of Brasília, Federal District, have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
